Refund Policy

1. Our promise
We want you streaming happily. If something isn't working, our first goal is always to fix it — fast.
2. Before you buy
We recommend confirming the channels, devices and quality you need with our support team on WhatsApp before purchasing — we're happy to answer any question up front.
3. Refund window
If, within 7 days of purchase, you experience a technical fault that our support team cannot resolve, you are eligible for a refund of your most recent payment.
4. What's not covered
Refunds do not apply to issues caused by your own internet connection or hardware, to change-of-mind after the service is working, or to accounts suspended for breaching our Terms.
5. How to request
Contact support@luckystreaming.tv or message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the issue. We'll troubleshoot and, if unresolved within the window, process your refund.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, typically within 5–10 business days.
