1. Agreement
By purchasing or using LuckyStreaming ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
LuckyStreaming provides access to streaming content over the internet via a subscription. A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required. We do not supply hardware.
3. Accounts & connections
Your login credentials are personal and limited to the number of simultaneous connections in your plan. Sharing credentials beyond your plan, or reselling access without authorisation, may result in suspension without refund.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent connection limits, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. Payments
Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen duration. Prices are shown at checkout and arranged via our support channels. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure may temporarily affect availability.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Where a technical fault cannot be resolved within the stated window, you may be eligible for a refund.
8. Intellectual property
All trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. LuckyStreaming does not claim ownership of third-party content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided 'as is' and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
10. Changes
